I am a Mama to 3 little ladies: 6 year old twins and a 3 year old. My hubby Ricky needed some testosterone, so we have also an abnormally large chocolate lab mix named Rambo.

My blog is a mixing bowl of ideas. I like to share tips on how to save money online and in stores.
Since I spend most of my time in the kitchen feeding 3 little girls who eat like football players, I share tasty recipes for easy and inexpensive meals. I also like to garden, listen to music, decorate our new house, etc etc. I will always have new topics to talk about!

I like to make sure people know that being "cheap" is not a bad thing, its a SMART way to live your life! Everyone can save money, it doesn't matter why you are doing it! Also, cooking great homemade meals does not have to break the bank, or take up your whole night!

Agreed. The amount saved is so worth bagging your own groceries and using a quarter for the cart. You never know what they'll have in there seasonally.
Love your blog-- I'm a foodie on a small budget too. And I happen to also have 5 yr old twin girls and a 3 yr old singleton. But we don't currently have a dog. (my husband really wants one!)
In any case, I love that your recipes are colorful, savory, healthy and fun!
Thank you so much!! Did the twins start kindergarten this year? What a change! I bet your kids would LOVE a dog! :) Rambo has really been a huge part of our lives since we adopted him--and my hubby has someone to run with.
