I have two great online rebate websites I love.  There are a handful out there, but these seem to have the best coupons and percentage back.  Basically what these websites do is offer a resource for online promotion codes and when you click on the personalized link through their websites, you get a percentage back from your purchase.

Confused?  Here's a good example.  The girls needed some spring clothes, so I went to Ebates to look for promotion codes.  I found a great deal through Kohls for FREE shipping at 15% off.  Through Ebates, I get those deals at Kohls, plus they had 5% back.  So whatever you purchase, you get 5% back to your account.  They send out checks 4 times or so a year.  At Christmas time, from shopping online, I was able to get $75 back from Ebates!  That's pretty easy money for just doing what you normally do, right?

Im baack

Ok, so evidently this blog thing is probably not going to work out for me.  You actually have to WRITE to get it going, right?  I have a good excuse though, we went on a much needed vacation to Mexico.  Even cheap people can afford a vacation, when you know how to do it right!  I did a lot of research and we found an amazing deal for an all-inclusive place in Riviera Maya.  So alas, Im back!  

Even though I haven't been writing, I have been talking a lot more about saving lately.  Everyone who knows me, knows I know all about bargain shopping, but now I really want more of my friends and family to know the ropes.   I don't expect people to give up everything they love, but it KILLS me to see people using products that regularly have coupons for.  Although it may only be a $30 monthly savings at first, but that is more than you had to begin with!
